Ds3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the ds3 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the ds3 platform.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any services provided by ds3 through our website or mobile application, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other related policies published on the ds3 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the ds3 platform ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and your continued use following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Ds3 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that using this service is legal in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

To access the full services on ds3, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring all details provided are truthful, including your full name, email address and phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. ds3 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. ds3 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own credentials.

One Account Per User

Each individual may only hold one registered account on the ds3 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. Accounts may not be transferred to another party.

Platform Usage Rules

All ds3 users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. The platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the ds3 platform's systems, servers or networks.
  • Spreading false or misleading information, or attempting to deceive the platform or other users.
  • Using another person's account or sharing account credentials with any other individual.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion or unfair cooperation in betting activities.

Ds3 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these rules. Any violation may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

Currency and Payment Methods

All transactions on the ds3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay and Interbank GIRO (IBG). Available payment methods are subject to change and will be updated in the platform's Wallet section.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to your chosen payment method and account verification level. All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument registered in the same name as the ds3 account. The platform reserves the right to decline or hold suspicious transactions pending identity verification.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with ds3's internal review procedures. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on your chosen method and VIP status. The platform may request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal. Approved withdrawals will be credited only to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's name. Winnings obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms will be voided.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Ds3 provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and reliable at all times, we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, technical errors or unauthorised access. ds3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, anticipated winnings or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ds3 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software and trade names — is the intellectual property of the platform and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ds3 management.

Third-Party Links

Ds3 may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Closure and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Ds3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering or activity that violates applicable law.
  • Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Prolonged account inactivity in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
  • Account closure requested by the user.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance linked to suspicious activity may not be refunded. Legitimate balances in accounts closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the review is complete.

Changes to Terms

Ds3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through the platform's designated resolution channels.
