Ds3 Privacy Policy – How We Protect Your Data

Your privacy is our priority. This document clearly explains what information the ds3 platform collects, how it is used, and the measures we take to keep it secure.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. This policy applies to all users of the ds3 platform in Malaysia.

What information does the ds3 platform collect?

When you register or use the ds3 platform, we collect several categories of information to ensure the service operates properly and securely. The information collected includes:

Account & Identity Information

Your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and password as provided during registration. We may also request identity verification documents such as a copy of your IC for account verification purposes, in line with the platform's standard procedures.

Device & Browser Information

IP address, browser type, device operating system, screen resolution, and other technical data automatically transmitted when you access the platform. This information is used to optimise how the platform displays on your device and to detect suspicious activity.

Payment Information in MYR

When you make a deposit or withdrawal in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), we record transaction details including the payment method, amount, and timestamp. Bank account numbers or digital wallet information you provide are stored only in the format required for processing — we do not directly store your full credit card details.

Usage Data & Platform Activity

Betting history, games accessed, session duration, pages visited, and in-platform actions are all recorded for security, fraud detection, and overall user experience improvement purposes.

How is your information used?

The ds3 platform uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • Processing your registration, login, and account verification.
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals in MYR securely.
  • Sending important notices regarding your account, transactions, and policy changes.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and unauthorised access.
  • Improving the platform based on real usage patterns.
  • To meet applicable legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Sending you promotional content related to ds3 services, subject to your communication preferences.
Cookies & Tracking

The ds3 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. Session cookies keep you logged in during an active session. Preference cookies save your language and display settings. Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with the platform without identifying any individual.

You can manage your cookie settings through your browser, but please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the platform.

How is your data stored and protected?

Data security is central to how ds3 operates. We implement multiple layers of technical and procedural safeguards to keep your information secure at all times.

Encryption & Technical Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption — the same technology used by major financial institutions. User passwords are stored in a format processed through a one-way hashing function, meaning we cannot read your original password. Sensitive data such as payment details goes through an additional layer of encryption before being stored.

Data Retention Period

Ds3 retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. After account closure, certain records may be kept for a defined period to meet legal requirements and to resolve any potential disputes. Data that is no longer needed will be securely deleted.

Third-Party Sharing

Ds3 does not sell or rent users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with payment service providers that process your MYR transactions, technical service providers that support platform operations, and relevant authorities when required by law. All such sharing is done on a need-to-know basis and is subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
